- STAND ALONE OR COMPANY SUPPORTED OPERATION – Two versions of THE INTERPRETER are available:
- Stand-Alone – This version’s loan program and rate data is supported by the individual loan originator using the highly automated LenderLinQ wholesale-to-retail rate sheet linking utility. May or may not include REALTOR sub-licensing.
- Company Sponsored – This version’s loan program and rate data is supported centrally by the originator’s employer using the highly automated LenderLinQ wholesale-to-retail rate sheet linking utility. Includes REALTOR sub-licensing.
- REALTOR SUB-LICENSING – Loan originators can sub-license their tailored version of THE INTERPRETER to their real estate business partners.
- REALTORS capture more buyer and seller business using the superior abilities provided by THE INTERPRETER.
